Shipping

The Wave Face provides both Domestic and International Shipping.

Domestic Shipping is delivered via SF Express or SF Locker Mailing Service with S.F. Express.

International Shipping : Please contact us at hiwaveface@gmail.com as different rate applies.

Domestic Shipping is FREE for orders over $500 HKD

Standard shipping takes 7-10 days to arrive and is a flat rate of $30 HKD.

Shipping with SF Locker is paid by Recipient. Customers should fill in the shipping address carefully with SF Locker Full Address and Locker Code as instructed. If you do not know where is the most convenient SF Locker for you, please kindly select the one from the below links of SF Express, and fill in the shipping address accordingly as mentioned

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via email.

Extended Delivery Time

For some products with more complicated details, for example, the Essential Bucket Hat, the lead-time is longer due to the complexity of workmanship, the delivery time can take 5-10 working days longer than usual.

Return

Unfortunately, our product cannot be returned as our business at the moment is similar to Made-To-Order. We are not doing mass production in order to retain the own uniqueness of your purchase.

However, you can always contact us to try request a return at hiwaveface@gmail.com. We will try our best to find a solution or give you the best offer for the next purchase.

To be eligible for this, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If your return is accepted as an exceptional case, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs on original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable. Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges, however if you’re exchanging something — we’ll cover costs on the outbound shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Surfers responsibility

We as surfers we spend a little bit more time in the ocean than others, it is likely to lead us to feel a little more alerted to the conversation of the blue part of our planet.

The Wave Face adopts Minimal Packaging - we are ambitious for creating plastic-free and zero-waste packaging in the future!
